Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly athletic, fast-moving, and detail-oriented individuals to join our E-Commerce team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will navigate the entire supermarket to fulfill digital orders. You will serve as the engine of our digital growth, delivering the signature speed, freshness, and accuracy that sets Albertsons apart in the omnichannel retail industry. This is an incredibly physical role where you will easily walk several miles per shift.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Rapid Order Picking: Utilize handheld smart devices to locate items across all departments (produce, dairy, pantry) with extreme speed and accuracy to meet strict time goals.
• Freshness Control: Ensure every item picked is in pristine condition, checking expiration dates meticulously and selecting the best quality fruits and vegetables as if shopping for yourself.
• Packing & Staging: Bag orders neatly and efficiently, staging them in designated hold locations (coolers, freezers, or dry shelves) for customer retrieval.
• Customer Handoff: Deliver staged orders safely to customer vehicles in the parking lot, providing a warm, friendly greeting during the Drive Up & Go handoff.
