Job Summary
We are actively seeking friendly, reliable, and empathetic individuals to join our Guest Advocate team. - Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the Guest Services desk, processing returns and exchanges with empathy.
- Vibe Management: Keep the front of the store immaculate, collect stray shopping carts, and ensure the entrance is always welcoming and safe.
