Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Proactive Engagement: Approach browsing customers in the aisles to offer shopping carts, locate specific sizes, and assist with finding hidden gems.
- Department Upkeep: Execute continuous floor recovery, ensuring clothing racks are sized properly, hangers are aligned, and the shoe department is clear of hazards.
- Freight Placement: Assist the receiving team by taking rolling Z-racks of newly tagged apparel and rapidly placing them on the correct sales floor fixtures.
- Fitting Room Support: Monitor the fitting rooms, sort unwanted items quickly, and run them back to their appropriate departments to maximize sales.
