- Quality Control: Carefully inspect returned items to ensure they meet our health and safety criteria, checking for tampering, damages, or missing components.
- Financial Services: Execute precise cash handling, process utility bill payments, sell money orders, and balance the service desk register at the end of shifts.
- Defect Processing: Sort returned items that cannot go back to the sales floor into specific reclaim, donate, or defect bins according to strict corporate guidelines.
