As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will monitor our bank of automated registers, assisting guests with scanning their apparel and removing security tags. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Active Hosting: Greet clients as they approach the self-checkout zone, directing them to open kiosks and managing the queue during peak weekend rushes.
• Transaction Assistance: Step in proactively to help guests scan garments, utilize the magnetic detachers to remove hard security tags safely, and provide shopping bags.
• Intervention & Troubleshooting: Respond rapidly to machine alerts, payment errors, or item lookup issues, providing a swift resolution so the client is never frustrated.
• Asset Protection Support: Maintain a vigilant but polite presence, ensuring all items are properly scanned and security tags are removed before the client exits the store.
