Job Summary

We are actively seeking knowledgeable, outgoing, and highly approachable individuals to join our sales floor team. As an entry-level Floor Associate, you will be stationed in key departments like Hardware, Paint, or Seasonal. You will serve as a project ambassador, delivering the signature inspiration and helpfulness that sets The Home Depot apart in the home improvement industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Proactive Engagement: Approach browsing customers in the aisles to offer personalized project advice, locate specific tools, and suggest necessary materials.
• Department Upkeep: Execute continuous floor recovery, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, products are faced forward, and displays are neat and clean.
• Service Execution: Perform department-specific services safely, such as mixing custom paint, cutting blinds, cutting wire/chain, or duplicating keys.
• Cross-Selling: Suggest complementary products (e.g., paint rollers with paint, screws with power drills) to build customer baskets and ensure they only have to make one trip.
